With a 55-acre campus, colonial revival architecture, beautiful art galleries, open air space complete with a 300-seat pavilion, and a theater, the Workhouse Arts Center in the most unique site in Fairfax County for your next celebration or meeting. Whether it is a wedding or a corporate team building event that you are interested in hosting, the Workhouse can provide a spectacular setting to create an event as distinctive as it is memorable. 

McGuireWoods Gallery

Elegant art gallery setting perfect for receptions, seated dinners and intimate concerts. Features an open floor plan, beautiful hardwood floors, audio system and an optional baby grand piano. 


Rizer Pavilion Tent / Quad
Available seasonally (April – November)

The Rizer Pavilion is an open air venue with a 300-seat capacity. The Pavilion comes equipped with side walls, an audio system and a raised wood stage ideal for musicians, performers or a ceremonial configuration. There is a dedicated electrical circuit in the Pavilion and a limited number of lighting instruments hung for decorative and stage lighting. The Rizer Pavilion is perfect for corporate events, performances, wedding ceremonies and receptions.

Theater style up to 100 guests
Cabaret style up to 50 guests

Flexible theater space great for lectures, meetings or events. Easily converts from theater seating to dinner or meeting tables. Offers a projector, speakers, specialty lighting and audio system.
