About the Artist: As a local abstract artist living in the Northern Virginia area, I experienced many contemporary influences growing up that lead me to enjoy art and design. I prefer working with acrylic paints and various mediums to bring out my creativity on canvas. Many of my art pieces are mixed media using a variety of pastes, papers and occasionally collected items. In abstract art I have the freedom to create my own design without boundaries.
My creativity and design comes from within myself based on a personal experience, my mood, or an idea. My pieces can have a soft and dreamy color palette, a combination of vibrant colors or a textured design that has a structural look. I also enjoy customizing a piece of art for an individual’s personal space.
