Influences and Philosophy: The endless beauty and design of nature has been my most profound influence. I used to look at nature, but now I truly see the most subtle to the magnificent details that make up our world. I pay attention now to how the light falls on an object and the full spectrum of color in all things. I try to depict this in my paintings and hopefully evoke a sense of peace and beauty derived from our natural surroundings.
