Chris Monette Appleton is a Southern California native, living in Oakton, Virginia. Her primary focus has been figurative work in a variety of media. She also does portraits, of pets and people, and is available for commissions.
She has been accepted into many regional and national juried shows, consistently won awards; and was featured in the November 2007 Elan magazine where her work is featured on the cover.
