National Symphony Orchestra Artists In Concert

The Music Friends of the Fairfax County Public Library will present a free concert at the Workhouse Arts Center in Lorton, Virginia, on Sunday, November 11 at 3:00 p.m. Natasha Bogachek, violin, and Dasha Gabay, piano, of the National Symphony Orchestra, will perform works by Saint-Saens, Faure, Wieniawsky, Massenet, and Ravel.
The concert will be held in the McGuire Woods Gallery in Building W-16 at the Workhouse Arts Center, 9601 Ox Road, Lorton, Virginia 22079.
Admission is free; no ticket is required.
Since 1974, the Music Friends have brought live, classical music performances to Fairfax County residents free of charge. Their Concerts at the Alden series has a permanent home at the McLean Community Center, and the 38th season will begin on December 9, 2012.
This special concert November 11 at Workhouse Arts Center expands the presence of the Music Friends to southern Fairfax County. It also features the resources available at the Workhouse Arts Center. The concert is presented in cooperation with the Lorton Arts Foundation.
