Workhouse Arts Center and Studio Fiber Arts at the Workhouse Arts Center are proud to announce a national, juried exhibition to showcase traditional, contemporary, and experimental fiber art created in the last three years.  All fiber media are eligible as well as non-fiber media used in a fiber technique.  All pieces must be of original design; kits and commercial patterns are prohibited.

Entry Instructions:
  Open to all artists 16 years or older.  All fiber media are eligible as well as non-fiber media used in a fiber technique.  All pieces must be of original design; kits and commercial patterns are prohibited.

Entry Fee: 
  $30 for up to three entries.

Awards: 
 Cash Awards will be offered for winners.

 Up to 3

Shipping: 
  Artists are responsible for shipping their work to and from the exhibit and insuring it while in transit. Works may also be hand delivered to the Workhouse Arts Center.

Juror:  
 Jennifer Lindsay is an independent curator, scholar, and arts educator.   She develops exhibitions and participatory programs that connect nonprofit organizations, local businesses, and communities to artists, makers, and creative individuals.   Recent projects include The Smithsonian Community Reef for the National Museum of Natural History; The Artisphere Yarn Bomb for the Rosslyn Business Improvement District, SWEETSPOTS for SWEETGREEN INC.’s annual Sweetlife Music and Food Festival, and Urban Bungalow for the Smith Center for Healing and the Arts in Washington, DC.
