Statement

There has always been a desire to represent beauty in artistic form. Jackie Perry uses the acrylic medium to present scenes in nature, near the sea, with objects or people. Creating interestingly different compositions is the most enjoyable part. Painting in acrylics on acrylic paper and framing under glass has become Jackie's specialty. Using the vibrant colors of acrylics, her work has an impressionistic edge, presenting a more 'painterly' picture rather than the photographic vision.
