Pilates is known for helping people develop both strength and flexibility. This class highlights the Pilates exercises that increase flexibility of the back, front-body, side-body, hamstrings and hips. Improve your flexibility while promoting strong long lean muscles! Art of Movement classes are conducted in 55 minute long and most classes may be joined at any time!
