Experience the creative process firsthand at the Workhouse Arts Center in the studios and galleries. The artists at the Workhouse enjoy visitors and are eager to speak about their work. As you explore the campus, we ask that you do not touch art, as oils from human skin may harm the surface over time and art is often fragile and easily breakable. All large bags should be worn in front so as to not mistakenly swing or back into an object. Food and beverages are not permitted in galleries or studios unless arranged during a reception or event. Guests are welcome to draw in the galleries; no wet media or chalk is permitted in the galleries. Service animals are welcome in the studios, galleries, museum and theatre; pets are not permitted. To protect artist’s copyright of their work, photography of artwork is prohibited.
