Volunteer Oppportunities The Workhouse is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to become part of a dynamic team of volunteers. The talent and skills of all of our volunteers are of great value and they play a vital role in the many facets of the arts center’s operation. The diversity, knowledge and expertise that volunteers bring to the Workhouse enhance the capabilities of the Workhouse staff and strengthen ties to the community, enabling the center to thrive. Volunteers are needed to assist the staff with clerical tasks such as answering phones and bulk mailing and to provide special events assistance. Other opportunities include gift shop and art supply sales, hospitality assistance in the gallery, fundraising assistance and ushering.
