Inferno, a unique performing arts experience inspired by Dante’s Inferno

June 24 @ 8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

One event on September 27, 2021 at 8:00 pm

Timed tickets from 8pm – 10pm Thursday, June 24 – Sunday, June 27, 2021

In Dante’s epic poem, the Roman poet Virgil leads Dante on a journey through the infamous circles of an afterlife place known as The Inferno. Guests to this event will experience this journey through the eyes of Dante, as they are led through a series of performing arts scenes (may be theatrical, dance or music – or a combination) – bearing witness (and warning) of the destiny for misspent lives. Guests should wear comfortable shoes to walk between scenes. The path is ADA accessible, but will include both pavement and turf surfaces. The full experience will last approximately 40 minutes.

Tickets are $25 each and will be sold at 15 minute intervals to ensure social distancing.

Contact PerformingArts@WorkhouseArts.org to purchase discounted tickets for groups of 10 or more persons.

Please bring a printed copy of your ticket – or have it available to show on a mobile device.

This fundraising event is a no refund policy. If The Workhouse cancels an evening of the event for any reason, you will be contacted within 48 hours about refund or re-schedule options.
