Singularity is a showcase of George Mason's School of Art Junior and Senior art students. Students were invited to submit proposals which asked them to think critically about their place in the world as they prepare to enter society as professional culture-makers, and to show work that challenges systems permanently altered. Students were encouraged to respond to the transformation of social constructs that have reached a point of no return—a singularity. Singularity was curated by Abdulrahman Naanseh and Esther Maria Pérez.
