Step into a meditative soundscape designed to help you find balance, release resistance, and realign with the stillness within as the energies of the summer solstice support your transformation.

Theme: Balance
The energies near the summer solstice are aiding us not only to achieve balance more easily but further inform us how to maintain it.  Finding and sustaining personal equilibrium during life’s continual changes is a self-mastering process of fine tuning our awareness to respond vs. react, teaching us to be light vs. burdened and letting us create with ease rather than effort. Many of us were taught the opposite to be worth striving for but what if we can free ourselves from limiting beliefs?

An interesting composition of instruments are coming together for this sound healing opportunity, many of them acting much like a construction pendulum finding alignment after swinging into its still point. Among the chosen ones are small spin gongs, a Himalayan hand gong, a suspended tubular bell and a Sun Trigon (M. Bläse) accompanied by a set of entrained twin crystal bowls, two special Crystal Tones ® singing bowl and a well-rounded choice of Tibetan singing bowls.
