What happens when a national political scandal collides with local institutions and community memory?

This new exhibition at the Workhouse Arts Center explores the legacy of Watergate through a Northern Virginia lens, examining loyalty, ethics, silence, and accountability in the wake of one of the most consequential moments in American political history.

Featuring historical images, artifacts, and new research that challenge long-held assumptions, the exhibit connects national events to the places and systems that shaped their consequences here at home.
