Gratitude in Motion
Gratitude in Motion is a Happy Pop-Up experience designed to help participants slow down, reconnect with themselves, and find joy in simple, accessible ways. This session blends gentle movement, reflection, and low-stakes creative activities so people of all ages and comfort levels can participate with ease.
We begin with a grounding moment, and mindful, grateful body movement led by our Happy Pop-Up partner, Mike Louis from The Everyday Athlete, to help everyone settle into their bodies. From there, participants can move through three interactive stations at their own pace:
Speed Gratitude – a guided, lighthearted partner activity that helps people notice what’s good and connect with others in a safe, low-pressure way.
Journaling Corner – a quiet, cozy reflection zone with prompts for anyone who prefers a slower, more private way to participate.
We close with a gentle collective intention-setting moment and a family-friendly playlist that keeps the energy calm, warm, and joyful throughout.
This experience centers psychological safety, accessibility, and cultural inclusivity. Participants leave with small, sustainable gratitude practices they can return to in their everyday lives and a renewed sense of joy they can feel in both body and spirit.
