Not all we are dealing with in our lives is ‘ours’ to carry or to solve. In fact, if it is not, we might spend a lifetime struggling with something which was not ours from the start and cannot be solved by us.

‘Is it mine?’ – is a question worth examining no matter where you are in your life. The energetic response is immediate; awareness follows and choice points open which were not perceivable prior to the asking.
