Liberation, the theme of August’s Sound Bath, is the causal response when we recognize, acknowledge and decide to part with what is not ours.

Even if only for a brief yet conscious moment, a central step in this is to express the emotion and its impact it had until now to avoid emotional bypassing. The acknowledging expression releases the held energetic imprint.  Liberation is the natural response.
