Workhouse Grounds
Even when our buildings are closed, the Workhouse’s 55-acre campus remains open to the public. You're welcome to:
Walk through our public outdoor areas
Access the Fairfax Cross County Trail
Use our Pet Relief Stations located throughout the site
Enjoy a peaceful stroll, bring your pet, or take in the art and history of the grounds—daylight hours are best!
Please note: Buildings and restrooms are only accessible during regular public hours or event times.
