Whether you're a busy mom, a couple seeking a low-key date, or simply someone craving a fresh start to the week, Sunday Wellness offers a welcoming space to explore everything from yoga and sound baths to tarot symbology, herb gardening, and Chinese brush painting. No long-term commitment—just come as you are, discover something new, and build a positive ritual that nourishes your body, mind, and spirit.

Absolutely! Every session welcomes beginners and will introduce you to techniques, movements, and creative practices in a relaxed, supportive way.

There’s no formal dress code. We recommend wearing loose, comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily and feel at ease whether sitting or standing.

Not at all. This isn’t a structured program you need to keep up with. It’s a standing invitation—come once, come often, or join us whenever you need a moment of calm.

Each 90-minute session is self-contained and offers a unique experience, from gentle movement and sound to creative exploration and reflection. While some themes may repeat (like yoga or sound baths), every session is designed to be accessible for newcomers and enriching for those with prior experience.

Yes! Our classrooms are on one level, and we provide options for participants who may have limited mobility so everyone can feel comfortable and included.

Drop-ins are welcome when space allows, but we recommend registering in advance. Space is limited, and we’d hate to turn anyone away.

The Workhouse does not provide childcare. We hope you’ll be able to make arrangements so you can enjoy this time just for yourself.

A water bottle and an open mind! Mats and props are provided when needed, but feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
