Winston is a strategic technology leader who drives digital transformation, AI adoption, and multi-million-dollar revenue growth.  He has expertise in fiduciary oversight, governance, and scaling operations from startups to global enterprises.  Winston shares his current board and leadership experience as the founder of Stories 2 Inspiration which is a nonprofit/mentorship platform that bridges the gap between education and career goals. Additionally, Winston is a Managing Director within his real estate investment organization, Elleve Properties. Previously he served as Vice President and IT Chair on the Board of Directors of the Tysons Corner Children’s Center.
