𝘎. 𝘎𝘰𝘳𝘥𝘰𝘯 𝘓𝘪𝘥𝘥𝘺: 𝘊𝘰𝘯𝘴𝘦𝘲𝘶𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦, 𝘚𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘢𝘭, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘳𝘤𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘭 𝘓𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘱𝘦 𝘰𝘧 𝘋𝘊 & 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘯 𝘝𝘪𝘳𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘪𝘢 examines how the Watergate scandal intersected with regional legal systems, correctional institutions, and public memory. By situating a national political crisis within the local context of Northern Virginia and the District of Columbia, the exhibition explores themes of loyalty, ethics, silence, and accountability. Curated as part of a graduate public history project by 𝗚𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗖𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 𝗥𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗵, the exhibition highlights the importance of local museums in connecting national events to community memory and public accountability.
