Visitor Associate
The WAF is looking for individuals who will become a group of “as needed” hourly staff to support the day-to-day operations of the Workhouse Arts Center (WAC), Lorton Prison Museum (LPM), and Masterpiece Mini Golf (MMG). These individuals will have a variety of skills and be called upon to work when their skills best meet the needs of events, operations, and other tasks at the Workhouse.

The Marketing & Creative Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing marketing initiatives that enhance the visibility, engagement, and revenue of the WAC. This mid-level position bridges creative production and strategic execution—overseeing marketing campaigns, managing digital platforms, and coordinating with the Director of Marketing & Communications and program leads to ensure consistent, effective messaging across all communications.
2026 SUMMER LEAD CAMP COUNSELOR
We are looking for an experienced, organized, and dependable Lead Camp Counselor to support the daily operations of our 2026 Summer Camp at the Workhouse Arts Center. The Lead Camp Counselor serves as the primary point of contact for counselors and campers, supports instructors, and ensures the camp runs smoothly and safely each day.
