This exhibit is an "art salad" of recent painted paper collage work and jewelry. It includes a series of works on what pets are really thinking, a few folksy collages portraying human emotions, and an assortment of brightly colored upcycled tin earrings and necklaces.  

Kathy Stoner lives in Arlington, Virginia. She started her artistic career as a fiber artist, making quilts, soft sculptures, and traditional hooked rugs. After working as a statistician in the federal government, she retired and started to explore other forms of artistic expression, including painted paper collage and upcycled tin jewelry.
