“European Travels” represents my artistic images from a cultural tour through the Mozelle River to Prague, then the Tuscany region. Our first stop was Cochem, Germany, a city along the Mozelle River showing numerous castles. Our last stop was Prague, the city with the astronomical clock, King Charles bridge, and palaces displaying romantic architecture like scenes from a fairy tale. A week in Tuscany presented unforgettable cities with historic images. Montepulciano was a mix of Renaissance palaces, villas and churches, I.e. San Biagio. SanGimignano, the city with”Medieval Manhattan” known as the city of towers. Siena exhibits the highest tower in Italy at the piazza delCampo where the locals race each other. Orvieto, a historic city, sitting high above underground caves. Escalators are used to reach the top of the city with its winding, narrow roads and spectacular views.
